Some gyms will throw you in a class, led by someone with little-to-no actual boxing experience, in the name of fitness.
Others, however are more interested in taking your money than teaching you the finer points of boxing. We know there are a lot of boxing gyms out there.
Our boxers look like they know what they are doing, because they do. We want you to feel good, and to look good.
We are in the business of building good habits. Learning about the function and purpose of movement is key in helping fighters learn about the 'sweet science'. We love to break skills down so that our boxers not only understand the mechanics of boxing, but also the strategy. Our passion for the sweet science is contagious, and our members are as excited to develop their understanding of the sport as they are to push themselves, and one another. Lone Wolf Boxing Academy was founded on the idea of building a boxing community dedicated to the sport.
